The actor's name is Marshall Ruth. He is credited on the main page as playing the character "Stew," and the character is referred to on screen by this name one time. The character, however, is certainly not an 'assistant' to Mr. Zanfield, but one of the backers for the show.
So the main page is incorrect on this one point.
