Why do female IMDb voters ages 45+ apparently hate this movie?
I just observed, on the IMDb users' voting place for this movie, that pretty much all viewers (each age and gender category) who have voted have rated this movie, on average, at or close to 8 stars. The glaring single exception is female voters ages 45+, who, of the 288 who have, to date, voted, have given scores that average to only a paltry 4.3 stars. Any idea why everyone except women 45+ is impressed, while that sole voting category apparently considers this film to be utter dreck? I'm male in the 45+ age bracket, and I've never seen such a huge disparity in my age bracket's male/female IMDb user voting scores for any major classic, so find it highly perplexing.
