Who owns the rights?

Who owns the rights to "Wings"? I have tried AMC and TCM and Bravo and haven't found this movie on any of their schedules or catalogs. If you know please let me know...thanks in advance...lilbratro [email protected]...

Paramount are a subsidary of Viacom Inc. They own their back library of titles dating from 1948 onwards. Pre-1948 titles are owned by MCA/Universal

Paramount/Viacom. The rights can be licensed by anyone.
