I am confused. I can't find this movie to rent anywhere! Do you know anyway I could get hold of it? Thanks.

i've gotten it twice from different public library systems...

It used to be at my library, at least I thought it was, but it's not listed in their system anymore. What a shame, since it's such a wonderful film. Keep looking for a video copy. It's worth it.

Yes. If you are looking to rent it, try Hollywood Video, especially the ones in Plainview and Massapequa, but only if you live near there. If not, you're better off buying it on Movies Unlimited.com for $7.49, it is worth it either way.
