I'm still astonished...


... at the quality and quantity of exciting air footage in this film. How in the world did they achieve this, especially with no communication in the air? The editing was great, too.

The film's budget was $2 million so it definately could afford the resources needed to shoot and edit it, and pay some great stars for the film like Clara Bow and Buddy Rogers.
The air scenes in particular would interest me what type of cameras they used and the such. Guess being silent, they didn't need to worry about the audio for those bits
