Am I the only one who was reminded of him when the actual Lodger character appeared?

I saw this the other night and was thinking the exact same thing. Too bad it doesn't look like he'll be in the remake.

Crispin Glover is definitely creepy enough to be the Lodger. I was actually thinking the lodger looked like Vincent Gallo; they have a very similar profile & eyes. And Vince is quite the creep himself.

I hadn't thought it myself but he could play such a character very easily and although he's not as handsome as Novello, he is good looking in a quirky way as well as charismatic.

I know only the "older" readers will get this, but he looked like a young Robert Cummings. He also did a Hitchcock movie in the 40's.
