In Emily Leider's biography of Rudy, she talks about this scene where Rudy removes Margeurite's shoes and dries her feet. This is not on the documentary's version. Has anyone seen this scene?

shareI just received a VHS copy of The Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse. I was looking forward to seeing the film and having my own copy of the famous "tango scene" that launched Rudy into super stardom. When I viewed it I was surprised to find that it was similar but obviously different from the version that I had seen clips of on youtube. example: http://youtube.com/watch?v=L7RCRlnsbe0
There are 3 or 4 posts of the "tango scene" on www.youtube.com all good but none of them are the same as the one that I have. It is sort of like it was an alternate or re-take, toned-down version shot from different angles at a different time. It definitely does not have the heat of the posted video and much of the scene is missing or edited out. I don't have anything else to compare the rest of the film to so I can't speak to the remaining content.
Apparently I do have the version with the wet shoe scene that you are asking about though... he takes her shoes off and puts her feet on a pillow. I never read or heard anyone say anything about the existence of more than one version of the video but that certainly must be the case.
