“Since my prior requests for office time are routinely ignored, I am now resorting to this,” Lightfoot begins the Jan. 28 email, posted on Twitter by Tribune reporter Gregory Pratt.

She then writes: “I need office time everyday!” — a phrase that repeats a total of 16 times.

The deranged screed ends with “Have I made myself clear, finally?!” repeated 13 times.

The email displays what the Tribune describes as “the mayor’s notoriously abrasive leadership style,” which has forced many City Hall staffers to flee — at least a dozen who have quit or said they’re leaving since late last year, the outlet said.
