How would Walsh categorise an intersex woman like THIS?

YouTuber Blume was born with XY chromos and lived her life as a girl, found out about the anomaly in her mid teens. Clearly very pretty, high female voice, no body/facial hair, vagina (albeit shallow and non-functional).

How would Walsh categorise, do you reckon? Swiftly declaring her a man seems pretty glib and unnuanced, IMO.

The transgender people and their cult he criticizes are not the infinitesimal number of people like Blume who actually have some kind of chromosomal or genital aberration. He's critical of the lunatics who pretend to be what they are not, and insist that we all play along with their charade.
