The real life version of "hey, I know a black guy who said it's okay"

The desire of every conservative; a black person who hates the left. Wow, that'll really prove that the left are bad. One black person hates the left out of millions of black Americans. Must mean she's right.

reply

First of all, more than one black person hates the left, and numbers have nothing to do with it. Millions of people can be wrong about one thing.

Second of all:

So we're racist because we don't like Obama or his policies but if we admire someone else who is black (but they happen to be someone you don't like - such as Candace Owens or Herman Cain) OMG what racists we are!

Which is it?!?

reply

You can be racist and still like a particular person of color. I've heard drunk white rednecks say "hey, i CANT be racist because I love Ice Cube and Gucci Mane!" or "You cant say I'm racist because I think J-Lo is fuckin hot! If i were racist, I'd think she was ugly." You really think racism is all or none? Most racists in America don't even know that they're racist because they think supporting ONE black person, such as Candace Owens or the above examples, is enough to counteract the disdain of the remaining 99.9999% of the colored population.

Candace Owens is solely popular amongst conservatives who want to prove to the left "see? One black person says you're wrong, so we all must be right!"

I was only able to decipher one thing through your incoherent tirade, and that is racism is whatever you want it to mean. Most of the time it just means anyone who disagrees with you. That is the fantasy world you and your kind live in.

Also, we’re not eager to prove you wrong. You make that obvious all by yourselves.

reply

I'm sorry you can't decipher basic English. It is a fairly difficult language to learn, I'll give you that.

I've heard many righties say exactly what you said: "Most of the time [racism] just means anyone who disagrees with you." Funny how you also say "we’re not eager to prove you wrong. You make that obvious all by yourselves" because that's exactly what you just did; you act as if you're not racist but then chalk racism up to being "anyone who disagrees with you." As if slavery and segregation were matters of people simply disagreeing?

Most conservatives dismiss racism because they seem to think the ONLY WAY someone can be racist is by doing absolute extreme actions, such as being in the KKK or trying to bring back slavery. Racism, like most things in life, has different levels of severity. Just because you support ONE black person does NOT mean you're immune from racism. These are very simple things to understand.

reply

My God, you are fucking delusional. Seriously, you are giving yourself more and more rope the more you talk. All you’re doing is proving my point.

reply

You are seriously one of the worst kinds of toxic liberal. You really are contradicting yourself, and you are proud of it. Your party is what is the party of racism. I do not listen to you and your accusations of racism because this is what you people do - you accuse others of doing what you are doing yourself.

reply

Who the hell wants to decipher a rant full of victimhood and virtue signalling?

reply

She is not the only POC to have common sense. You are an imbecile if you believe that.

reply

Put down the CRT textbook and walk away from the Liberal Arts cathedral with your low IQ where everyone can see it...

reply

Haha, you're dumb! (And racist, if we're being completely honest)

reply

But you're not honest. Just because someone disagrees with you it does not make him racist, or homophobic, or anything else.

Sadly, only about 10 percent of my fellow black Americans are conservative, but that number is growing.

But even ten percent hardly falls into the "hey, I know a black guy who said it's okay" and "one black person out of millions". Ten percent may be a small percentage but it's still a lot of people.

Many of us are disciples of Thomas Sowell, Walter Williams, Alan Keyes, and others, and the numbers are trending right - or at least staying where we are as the left goes more Marxist with every passing year.

But, I also lost a lot respect for Candace Owens when she admitted to being an Apollo moon landing denier.

Glenn Loury and Coleman Hughes are prominent black Conservative intellectuals.
