If we are talking about your comment....then *Your is correct because the comment belongs to you.
Now if the OP was talking about a woman belonging to them, then *Your would be correct. But since there is an "a" before woman, I can deduce that that is not what they are meaning. Also, women typically are not owned so.....
During my entire lifetime of several decades, I have never exited a restroom stall with an erection, and I have never seen anyone else in a public restroom with an erection. It's an extraordinarily rare and unlikely occurrence that most people will never witness.
