Except he answers to the CCP and doesn't really have a say in many of the decisions he supposedly makes. Not to mention the CCP has made some decisions that are coming home to roost, like the one-child policy that resulted in far more women that men at the younger ages, or using real estate construction as the primary tool to fuel growth, but now that real estate bubble is bursting. Don't get me wrong, Biden just does what his masters tell him as well. Trump didn't and that is why they hated him so much.
