Reviews of her interview with Kamala not good.
Maybe Kamala should talk to someone credible for once.
shareMaybe Kamala should talk to someone credible for once.
shareI'll give Ruhle one thing: She called Harris out on not answering the question she posed to her and perhaps, she's now beginning to wake up and smell the roses??
shareStephanie Ruhle: "If you can't raise corporate taxes or if GOP takes control of the Senate, where do you get the money to do that?"
Harris: "Well, but we're gonna have to raise corporate taxes and we're gonna have to raise, we're gonna have to make sure that the biggest corporations and billionaires pay their fair share. That's just it. It's about paying their fair share."
> If you can't raise taxes, how do you pay for it?
> We have to raise taxes.
Okay. I guess that settles it then.
Fair share. Sigh. They could tax them at 100% and it would only run the government for two months. And then they'd all be gone after that.
shareThey say everything about taxing the rich but nothing about Blackrock, State Street, and Vanguard locking up trillions of dollars buying up stocks and real estate. If those companies had to pay more, they'd have to sell off all their real estate, which would crash a lot of people's 401K's but also make house prices moderately more affordable again (for anyone lucky enough to still have a job after the crash).
shareThe most sad (and kind of funny) quote of the night, was how she summarized it after the interview. Something along the lines of "she didn't answer questions directly but these are not direct issues".
shareNo issues are direct for KaMAla. She can't answer them truthfully. She either has to rely on her record the last four years or say she's going to go against it. She has no choice. And now Biden has said she was right there on every issue.
