She looks a lot more like her grandmother than her mother. Even if they needed flashback scenes of a younger Leia, I'm sure there are plenty of young actresses who look more like Carrie than Billie does.

Photos released of Billie from Star Wars: The Force Awakens show her as a Resistance Communications Officer in the main battle war room that her mother Carrie Fisher as General Leia commands and over see's war strategy against the First Order.

Billie has stated she isn't playing Princess Leia as a younger version nor a related character to Leia.

Her role is still unknown but she does wear the side-buns hairstyle and is more than likely a minor to support role post completing her University and a drama course studies prior.

She filmed her bit for Star Wars last year before co-starring in Scream Queens this year.
