EXCELLENT WORK

Each year I look for outstanding performances from young actors and actresses.
Since the academy doesn't see fit to include these categories in the awards, I like to recognize young performers for exceptional performances. Although I cant present an actual Oscar, I hope that these recognition's will serve to inspire young performers to continue to strive for excellence in the future.
This year Jaeden has given us an amazing performance in "The Book Of Henry" and went on to give us a great performance in Steven Kings "IT". Two diversely different roles which have showcased his talent.
He may not see an actual Oscar. I hope that he will see that his efforts have not gone unnoticed on my end. I'm sure there are others who agree.
