She's an amazing actress, but they keep putting her in endless flops. Not to mention, she made a terrible Princess Peach and was an obvious miscast for all to see.
My suggestion:Get one of those Jenna Ortega managers
She herself plays a part in the roles she gets.
I recall she once stated in an interview that she doesn't even read any scripts sent to her that are for 'girlfriend' roles (her being the wife/girlfriend/romantic interest of the lead protagonist), she rejects them instantly.
She probably could have been a supporting actress in some big films if she was willing to take a romantic interest/wife role but she is rejecting them out of principle.
