He is a great actor!
Just in a short history of being an actor he stands out in my opinion. He was amazing in "Captain Philips". He was excellent playing as a security guard in 'Good Time" and he did very well in "Blade Runner 2049"! Whatever he plays he does a really good job! He is very believable and makes a difference in each scene. I wish to see more of his work, as I really like him :)
