Total grifter who used his fans to finance his own movie

He has no qualifications for directing or even producing a movie, yet he was able to make one because he convinced his fans to give him a million dollars to make his own movie. Fury of the Film fan exposed him as someone who just plans to attach himself to people with more influence than him back when he was up and coming. He's always been a grifter and I'm shocked more people haven't caught onto his grift.

If what you wrote is true, he did what every filmmaker does: he found people with money and convinced them to finance his film, after networking with influential people when he was getting started. That isn't grifting by any definition. It's the way Hollywood works.

Exactly. I don't see the issue. Everyone has to start somewhere. He cut the middle man.
Did he scam his fans and never delivered the movie?
