God I can't stand this chick. SNL isn't very good but it's like they traded one unfunny, untalented overweight hack (Leslie Jones) in for this pile of home style cooking.

I never found Leslie Jones particularly talented but I can at least see how some people could be amused by her over the top mannerisms. This other lady however isn't just unfunny but doesn't even play up her one potential gimmick as the "funny fat chick" the way Rebel Wilson & Melissa McCarthy do. She comes across as someone whose entire resumé would comprise of small town night club, "open mic night" style improve

She does look like Ted Cruz though. Too bad the humor on this show these days isn’t weird enough for me.

I agree the Ted Cruz bit is good, but I've never cracked a smile at anything else she's ever done. Same can be said for Pete Davidson and Leslie Jones. I DVR the show and skip through most skits with Aidy and Davidson. And I definitely could not tolerate watching a Leslie Jones skit back in the day. Ugh. Good riddence.

Maybe because she's in character as Cruz, I can watch it. And come to think of it, I did enjoy the "Uncle Ben / Aunt Jemima" skit in which Pete Davidson played Count Chocula.
