they used to play these commercials at a few schools before channel one news in the rockford, IL area for an anti-smoking campaign, and they were pretty funny. i have looked all over the Internet and can't find any evidence that it is cecily, but it looks and sounds a lot like her. it would make sense since she is from springfield, IL.

I think that might very well be Cecily. She looks like her and sounds like her.
That has to be like 16, 17 year old version of her. That girl looks and sounds exactly like her.
