As a women/model EBR really is stunnigly beautiful but in terms of acting it's really embarrassing to watch her trying to act. I wish she or CW could force her (since all acting she does is for The CW network) to take acting lessons.

shareAgree w/ya on the 1st part OP, completely disagree on the second. She bring's her character to life on 'Arrow' and makes the connection to the audience as well as anyone I've ever seen. Also, she does more than just act on the CW, for example she has a supporting role in an independent film coming out soon, "Brooklyn", which stars Saoirse Ronan.
