She has been "of age" in Europe for a while.

Do your math (this response is for others who will read this later, mostly). If she is 18 or older (current year - 18 = >=birthdate), generally you can comment on looks, etc without getting a dressing down or inappropriate flag. I use 18 as this seems to be the highest age of majority vs. amount of use, worlwide, in first world countries.
So yeah, at the time of your post you could say anything you wanted to about her looks, keeping in mind that if you are too lewd, crude, or perverse, your post may still be flagged. Feel free to post, but be reasonable about it.
