Just a theory, maybe they were originally planning to have Lily do some topless scenes before Pam's surgery? It would've allowed us to see a before and after that makes sense, plus Lily's boobs are pretty awful which could justify why she needed surgery.

shareSorry, my comment was confusingly worded. Lily did not get surgery (at least, not for this film, there's some claims she got a boob job afterwards). What I meant was the filmmakers may have specifically sought an actress with boobs like Lily to play Pam, so that Pam getting fake boobs made sense in the story. If they got an actress with big boobs or even small boobs that looked better, then it would make less sense for Pam to get implants.
Of course, Lily was never topless in this show without prosthetics, and Pam's fake boobs are never really acknowledged iirc, so this probably isn't the case unless that stuff was all cut.
I hear you. I used to have Pam's first Playboy centerfold appearance (pre boob job), and from what I remember, I agree that Lily's natural breasts could have been used if they had done a pre boob job topless scene.
