No seriously, does she have a bunch coming up but imdb doesnt update? I cannot believe she doesnt have anything. Not because she is a great actress but because she WANTS TO BE A HOT IN DEMAND actress SO badly that WE can all taste it for her. And she was supposed to be this big old deal according to.... the media which is her father. lol. No, I heard it from other sources too. Or maybe it was her on an interview explaining how she got cast by Judd being so impressed by her? Now come to think of it, I actually have never heard anyone else rant and rave about her being a break out star. But Im baffled she doesnt have things lined up because she has all the right things going for her to be a star, she is stunning, has "connections", already has her foot in the door and has launched her career as a main player in a hit show.... but she's chillin in STALLSVILLE's. I feel several months ago I posted this same sentiment asking what gives and I decided to check to see if anything has been added.
at this point in her career you look at the fact that she has basically been given a "How to become a instant Celebrity and secure your A LIST status" starter packet but now the only thing thats going to move her forward in her career is her TALENT. There's nothing else that anyone can do or can happen FOR her,thats beyond her control to advance her in her career ( born with good lucks, who her dad is, etc) Allison Williams "The Actress" needs to come out. I can only imagine how other talented and promising actor and actresses , ones that werent blessed with Allisons good fortune, would THRIVE if they were given Alisons lil starter pack of opportunities. Its almost like what a waste with all those connections and good looks not to produce a mega talented actor out of it.
Its crazy to think how many legit talented actors are out there who would do just as well or even better as any A list celeb in film and TV but will never put their foot on a stage because they dont know anyone and no one will give them a second look because they are not stunning. People like that need the opportunity to do a audition so their talent gives them what they are looking for and everything falls into place.You can clearly see Hollywood isnt full of all beautiful people! there is a place for everyone but getting to be seen and heard is hard to do unless you initially snag a talent industry bigwig in some way 1st- mostly by looking drop dead gorgeous- or if they happen to see your gagreel or performance on another film by luck. The getting started part is SO hard. (im not an actor but ive seen how this goes)
Do you think her imdb is quiet bc she auditions and doesnt get the parts or bc she is one of those actors that really wants to concentrate on her current show/project shes on? Im just so used to seeing actors that are on TV shows have sporadic film roles here and there and maybe some cameos, small parts on other projects.
I can't tell if she is a great actress or not. Haha, I mean she just looks so pretty sometimes it distracts me giving a good critique. I guess if Im asking this question, Im thinking No? But I dont think she is horrible.
