Best young debut performance last year
Amazing in The Impossible. He deserves an Oscar nod nuff said.
shareHe's definitely not going to get an Oscar nomination, because well... Hollywood discriminates against young actors. Like others have said in various boards throughout IMDB, Old, out of touch men (and women) don't regard most kids' performances as deserving of the "highest" recognition, because they "haven't worked for it hard enough yet..."
I wish the Oscars would go the way of the dodo... The only movies that win nowadays are ones that kiss the Academy's ass...
