Species remake
They should remake the 1995 sci-fi movie Species with Zendaya as Sil. She already is mixed race so it would add to the believability of her character being a human-alien hybrid (in a good way), and a sexual role might make audiences associate her with more adult roles to get out of her “Disney Channel” reputation. Also there would be the Spider-Man connection with Zendaya and Alfred Molina (from the original Species movie) both having been in Spider-Man.
