Diana Muldaur from Star Trek. She played Doctor Katherine Pulaski in The Next Generation. She also played two different doctor characters on the Original Series: Doctor Ann Mulhall and Doctor Miranda Jones.

I thought she looks like debroah ann woll,the girl in davedevil and true blood,although she is a natural blonde.
