hasn't been jailbait for 4-5 years in many 1st world countries(let alone developing countries). Hasn't been jailbait since turning 16 in the great majority of US states. The legal age is not 18 regarding sexual intercourse,and even when younger than 16 the difference has to be 4 years or more by law, the partner has to be at least 18 if she is 14,or at least 19 if she is 15 for it to be considered a crime.

Your assessment of the US is at least partially incorrect. Laws vary by state and the age difference cited is correct in some states and incorrect in others. Michigan for example is 16 outright no difference exceptions as an example. Still creepy for the majority of people commenting on this thread...

well thats the inhibitions and limited nature of those people who find it creepy then,not the problem of those who dont find it to be creepy. Heck,I was drllong iver 40year old women when I was 5-10,and not interested in the breastless,assless girls my age. By 15 I was digging the ripe fully developed bodies of my female classmates(who,10 years on,still look exactly the same,hips,breasts,thighs,ass wise,save for some fine lines around the eyes,lol). People are either old or sheltered :D Teens these days,heck,teens a decade ago like me,we had dirtier minds and acted upon it more than our grandparents or some parents ever did,or would. And we knew the risks,so majority of teens are very smart about sex,know full well of STD,prengancy risks,when its the unlikeliest to ever get pregnant during a certain time of the month, if you have sex. Bottom line is that male brains are hardwired by nature,to produce hormonal reactions to developed bodies.If a woman has breasts,hips,ass,curves etc,all developed,I dont care how old she is,the brain knows better. This is not to say I will have sex with her if she is willing if she is below the age of consent or still too immature mentally.Me and a friend saw a couple of girls a few years back,they looked around 20,and behaved even more mature than that,refined speech etc,intelligent glance. Then later it turned out one of them had just turned 14.While technically legal in my country,I realized I was not interested because she might have been too immature mentally for responsible sex yet,by that I mean mentally ripe enough to not overanalyze it or make it a too big of a deal. I thought the law of less than 4 year difference if one is under 16 was universal in the US. My bad. But majority of states do have 16 though,that I know.

y'all need to get a hobby and stop counting down the days where society deems it acceptable to lust over a teenage girl who would never even give you the slightest glance. It's not about the legality, it's about how,morally, no adult should want to have sex with someone who's mind hasn't grown to its full capacity. Saying she's an attractive girl is of course fine, calling her jailbait simply for being attractive is degrading to her as a person, and all women.

The human mind does not reach full maturity until approximately 24-26 years of age, yet adult responsibilities are given to eighteen year olds. Physical maturity varies from person to person, but most reach it in their teens, and teen pregnancy takes up a massive chunk in the pie chart that displays all pregnancies.

The law influences human morale. You think it is wrong for an adult to lust after a teen because you have been taught it is wrong, and have learned that there are consequences for those who act on their urges. As powerful as the law and human morale is, it doesn't have the power to change simple human biology.
