Your not crazy at all, they do share a strong resembalance, I would say 95% especially the first pic. Who is that girl and how old is she? she is very pretty.

The girl is Carolina Oliveira a young actress from brasil.

When i first saw a teaser for PLL i was like "where do i know that girl from?!" and then i googled her and nothing... so i watched the show and the way her character behaved just made me even more curious and frustrated because she looked very familiar and i just couldn't figure it out why!

I couple of days later i was watching something that remind me of a soap opera that i had seen recently and instantly i was like "OMG!"

The soap opera is called "caminho das indias" and carolina played a indian girl and with all the make up and everything and the way she talked, acted and smilled seriously... they could be sisters! you have no idea how much they resemble!
