shareYep...Shannon is equally pretty, I've never known a Shannon before, only heard of the name.
shareBoth Shay and Shannon are common names where I'm from, and usually Shay seems to have been more popular name among black girls. In fact, I just assumed this actress was black until I found out her actual background, and yes, she is pretty. Here's an article from a couple of years back where she talks about her heritage:

She did mention in a more recent interview that for a long time she felt that she had to deny her Filipino roots to be accepted while growing up, but has come to accept and be proud of her heritage.
