I may be way off but I thought he looks a bit like a young version of Crispin Glover... but maybe it's just his character in misfits that is slightly similar to a crispin character... I don't know.. (but I do love his character in misfits, Rheon is truly a great actor and I hope to se more of him in future stuff! and I also love Crispin Glover!!) :D

I couldn't remember Mathew Horne's name when I first watched Misfits, but I actually believed it was him until I looked it up!

I agree with Kath. When i first saw him in the trailer, i wondered why they weren't mentioning the fact that Matt Horne was in it. Once i saw him for more than a couple of seconds i realised it wasn't, but he does have that look.
