This was bothering me soooooooo much during the last epidode of Secret Diary of a Call Girl... that face just looked sooooooooooooooooo familiar!
Then it hit me, he that mouth/eyes/jaw looked exactly like I remember the character Godric from True Blood.
Like when you finally remember the name of a song when only one line of the song has been stuck in your head the entire day:)
