I noticed the wording in the comments were all very similar. I picked 3 random commenters and checked out their channels. 2 subscribers seemed to be the magic number. Most likely shills and bots.

I just used a web proxy to get around the geo targeting, I can't see the video, which requires signing in to prove I am not a bot, but I can see the comment section now, 20,789 Comments, that is kind of crazy.
Vast majority of the top comments I think were made by the influencers. That is the thing about youtube, the top comments are usually the earliest comments, the influencers can get notified as soon as the video is dropped. And I very much doubt this video does not come with influencers waiting for it.
