It seems like the options for the democrats are:
1) hand power to "the nazi party that is real threat to our democracy"
2) Don't hand the power and save democracy!... by abolishing the democratic vote...
This would be a joke but it really is the logic behind the current Democrat rhetoric.
Yeah, I raised this idea in a different thread that the Dems could try to suspend the Constitution. Someone pushed back by saying they could do this, but of course it could be done if people are desperate enough. I think this is unlikely but we're in uncharted territory.
shareI don't know, when the rhetoric is that the opposition are nazis, what can they really do? Either give the power to nazis or prevent that from happening thus violating the so called sacred democracy.
