I didn't see the debate and never watch them (the last one I saw was when Reagan pounded Mondale) and I don't easily subscribe to conspiracy theories (that's putting it mildly), but let me play devil's advocate here strictly for ha-ha's.
Is it really beyond the realm of possibility that the FBI and CIA, who are clearly in the left's pocket, couldn't or wouldn't make a set of wireless earrings for Harris? Hell, know the press already let Hillary know the questions in advance, and she's a whole lot smarter than Harris.
That aside, I don't think Harris would be able to debate with a voice nattering away in her ear. I think she would ask the voice for clarification on talking points LOL.

We are talking about democrats, with the resources available to them, they would not have used the cheap consumer grade stuff. If they did use, it would be custom made, high tech CIA stuff.
Then again, there is no evidence yet to definitely prove she was using audio earrings, but there is no definitive proof she did not.

The NOVA H1 Audio Earrings, though, bear very little resemblance to the ones Harris wore — except for the fact that both include pearls.
The veep’s actual earrings appeared to look more like a gold version of the Double Pearl Hinged Earrings from Tiffany & Co.
