Until recently this was a page to talk about anything related to movies, series and artist, were every movie, TV show, actor, director, producer, artist in general have his own page

Now we have pages for Hitler, Churchill even Jesus have his own page wich have not sense for me i dont know is this profile pages are new or old but is recently they have become popular and now look like people prefer talk political related page profiles like this one instead of movies

Why Kamala Harris, Marcos Rubio, Derek Chauvin, George Floyd, have a page here? in what way this people are part of film industry? if you talk in a documentary, or a talk show or even appear in a viral video once are you now considered a movie celebrity?

I think this profiles are going to be the nail in the coffin of this page it was a very wrong decission include this political profiles here, first are not related with the theme of the page and second are taken all the atettion of the users

The only profile movie related that get so much attention is the Ellen or Elliot page and is mostly for political reasons

Yeah, it's pretty obvious that this site welcomes all of the "discussions" that imdb wanted no part of. The fact that Derek Chauvin was given his own entry on the site pretty much says it all.

Yeah dont getme wrong i myself have some fun making some thread in Jesus and Hitler pages the problem is that the politic profile start to overtaking the most part of the activity of the page it would be a shame watch the page died because become a mostly politic oriented page and is a shame because here you have a freedom you dont have in most social pages like Letterboxd wich is too much political correct, here you can discuss more openly and freely

Besides i stand to what i said for much fun that it is see Jesus and Hitler have a page here dont have any sense at all if someone want to talk about politic you have hundreds and hundreds of options

Hitler popping up on trending always makes me chuckle.

You can find Hitler jokes on sitcoms going back to at least the 70s. Seinfeld had several.

Now we have a generation of insecure losers with nothing of value to offer society so they have to virtue signal on social media in a desperate attempt to receive like checks on myface.

Hitler bad. Yea no shit. So is communism. And communism dwarfed the number deaths that Hitler caused. 100 million deaths in the 20th century. And now these same lemmings are sucking the dick of Communist China and their Democrat party/media.

Time to wake up duncekies. Free speech is more important than your insecure feels.

Unfortunately the mods refuse to take all political figures off the trending bar. I suggested that if users flagged certain pages that they could deactivate the page from showing up on the front page. Users can still go here and post to their hearts content but their activity won't drown out other trending topics.

The only caveat is politicos here are using actor pages to do the same things since so many celebrities are politically active in real life so there's no true way to avoid it.

Sorry, this is not a movie site anymore than IMDb is. They include TV which is more political because of stupid lefty actors and fake news. Look at all the fake documentaries of recent decades, mostly lefty religion and politics.
