I was sure I'd seen her in something else, but nothing leaps out of the filmography, so maybe it's just a resemblance...
Kinda sorta.
To me, and I've really only seen her with dark hair, she looks like a combination of Kristin Kreuk http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0471036/ and Famke Janssen http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0000463/.
Edited to add: She also looks a bit like porn actress Faith Leon. She doesn't have a pic on IMDB, so you'll have to Google that one yourself. ;)
