No, she does not. She looks late teens and 20 at most.

Well she turns 20 next year and she looks like a teen to me. IMO she does not look like one of those teens that is played by a 20 year old

I agree. In my opinion she looks younger than Lily Collins and Lucy Hale(the so-called super young looking actresses). It's obvious Zoey is still a teen.

Yeah, her bio needs to be updated. It still says she's only 18.
