No BAFTA for James Norton
I'm a bit stunned that JN didn't win a BAFTA for his performance as Tommy Lee Royce in Happy Valley. Any theories on his losing out to Stephen Rae? I didn't see the other performances in his category so I can't judge the merit of Rae's performance, but JN was brilliant as Tommy Lee Royce (so completely different from his other roles)....and everyone was talking about it after seeing Happy Valley. Is this an example of England's "Crab Mentality?" (They also ignored Cumberbatch's Sherlock again. Is BC a crab that got away?). Brits, please weigh in. Thanks.
