Throughout POTC4 he seemed really familiar to me but after looking at his IMDB page I've seen nothing else he's in. I think he reminds me of a light haired version of the teacher in Pretty Little Liars lol

Charmed651, I agree, there was s'thing of Russell in his facial expressions!
I think he just TALK like Russel Brand. I couldn't stop laughing when I saw him in some interviews as himself, because just sounds like Russell. Actually, I love his accent and high tone voice. That makes him very special. I really like him. I can't wait to see him talk with American accent in Catching Fire!
