Just thought it was funny, hadn't realised he was so short! Still he is half an inch taller than Tom Cruise and he didn't do too bad.

Yes he's bigger as in more famous, but not in any other sense of the word.

Had the pleasure of meeting him in London last night - absolute gent. But, yep, he looks taller on screen.

I thought I read 5'7'' somewhere, but checking his page on here it says 5'10".

On Craig Ferguson last night he looked only a few inches shorter than Craig who's about 6'2'' I think. It makes me wonder if he was wearing lifts.

He must have been. In a GQ interview he claims he's 5'8".
