Yes, but is that the last time? Raj is unlucky in love, so I don't know if she'll stay around much longer. Its too bad, because I really wanted Raj to settle down with a normal girl.

I wanted to kick Raj so hard in the episode when he mets her and he is in conflict wether to date her or Lucy, the neurotic crazy girl.

Seriously, this shouldn't be so damn difficult to anyone, Emily is hot, charming, with a great personality, while Lucy is the exact opposite in all aspects!
