I really loved her in Magic Mike. I thought she was incredibly charming and natural. My friends thought she was great as well. All of the hate is absolutely ridiculous. Cannot wait to see her in End of Watch this fall.

shareI honestly liked her and I'm not alone. She's being unfairly bashed on here. Maybe having connections helped her get the role, but she certainly wasn't undeserving. If she were terrible I doubt Soderbergh would have had her in the movie.

I was a little surprised to see all of the negative remarks about her (the nepotism notwithstanding), because watching Magic Mike...she was one of the better parts of the film, imo. Not that that was *really* saying a lot, but still. I was trying to figure out who she was, and now I realize I couldn't because I'd never even heard her name before. She didn't strike me as being an extraordinary actress or anything, but there were certain scenes where she did indeed come off as VERY natural--seeming so realistic that it was like watching someone in real life rather than in a movie. Pretty good.
