Looks like a girl I knew who was anorexic.

Seriously. She has the neck and wrists of a person with a serious eating disorder. I dated a girl in high school who was seriously anorexic. I just thought she was thin. I didn't discover until a couple years later she had a serious eating disorder. I was too young to put it altogether at the time. Anyway, this girl has the same features. She could stand to gain 20lbs.

I can agree with that. I used to have a severe eating disorder, to the point of hospitalization, and her disproportionate body looks just like mine did, as well as some of my fellow patients.

Some people are naturally very thin, like Keira Knightley. But with Keira, you can actually tell it's just natural for her. This girl, well, it doesn't look natural.

Agreed. I really do hope she gets the help that will keep her from going over the edge.
