I don't know but she looks a lot like Rossellini. Her face, her smile. Even the sound (not accent) of her voice.

I actually came here to say that she reminds me of a young Ingrid Bergman, who is Isabella Rossellini's mother! Ingrid Bergman's hair was lighter than her daughter's, too, which is why I associated Jessie Buckley with her. I agree that Buckley's mannerisms are similar to both Bergman and her daughter, Rossellini.
