Why he did not get Emmy nomination as Cesare Borgia

When the Emmy nominations for 2013 have been announced, I shocked when I do not find Francois on the nominations list for best supporting actor in a drama series.
His performance in season 3 of The Borgias was magnificent, he played his charecter so well, we can see him in a lot of situations that are in contrast to each other, he played the kind, the evil, the leader, the brother, the lover and the son so properly.. so I was expecting to get an Emmy nomination and unfortunately he did not get it.
In my opinion he's better than the other nominees in this category.
What's your opinion?

I agree with you. Francois Arnaud was absolutely fabulous as Cesare' Borgia! How his character matured through the seasons. He became Cesare' and besides all that he's totally HOT!

I was also quite surprised that he didn't win any awards for this show. You are absolutely right: Francois Arnaud did a brilliant job in the Borgias, in fact, I think it was his acting (and character) that got me so addicted this drama series.
