Correct, any surname that ends in -opoulos is definitely Greek. Plus, it says she is Greek-Canadian on her Wikipedia page.
Chestnut brown hair, high cheekbones, cleft chins, large eyebrows, and more slanted eyes (but not nearly as much as East Asian) are all typical features of Greek people.
She does indeed look very much like him!
