ok this girl is 18 and a nanny. usually nannies are live in and need references and have experience. so you would have to be a little older to become a nanny. i know that you have to start somewhere to gain experience,but honestly who lets an 18 year old take care of that many kids full time with no references or experience. this is ridiculously unrealistic.

its all about money and the exploitation of these young performers.They can only get 2-4 years out of the kids before they are too old (kids can change a lot during the break between two seasons), so they have to squeeze out as much from the kids as they can before they have to cancel the show and replace it; thats why most Disney/Nick shows only have 2-4 seasons.
