A good thing. A realistic body image for kids to see on TV and in teen magazines. Given that these shows are now filmed in HD and viewed on wide screen, there is even more industry pressure for actresses to be skinnier than before. Thin, thick, or average...at least there is a more family focused setting and modest dressing of the girls in these shows.

Agreed, I think its the fact that Debby wants to be her own person, and follow her own beliefs and go on with life with what she wants to do. This way she doesnt feel pressured to be super skinny. I mean she is the first Disney actress to have a lead in a show that is 18 years old. Thats great for her for being outside the box, and hopefully start something new :D
