I don't see Debbie at all (and Singing in the Rain was a favorite of mine as a kid.)

I just watched 16 Wishes and at first I thought Jennifer Coolidge, but then at the end I was thinking more Mandy Moore.

I could see Meaghan Martin (based on her Wikipedia photo, I have never seen her before.)

Either way, very gorgeous (her hair straight was a much better look, or at least straight'er' near the end)

I wish the movie made more sense, I didn't get the whole "OMG I'm 22 now" part of the movie, it wasn't explained very well, or it lasted too long; something was wrong.

I hope she gets roles in more movies.
